Insulated Concrete Forms

Our construction process utilises modern technology only recently introduced to Australia. As with traditional construction techniques the slab is laid initially, with the foam form work erected taking into account where all doors and windows are situated. All piping requirements for water, sewerage etc, along with all steel reinforcing is positioned and the concrete core is poured.

The foam remains in place once the concrete has set and is then rendered or clad externally and lined internally with gyprock, cladding or our stretch wall and ceiling systems as requested by the client.

This form of construction ensures that the structure is extremely well insulated for temperature and sound with the obvious benefit of being long lasting and durable.
